Tropix Shipping is a freight-forwarding and logistics service connecting South Florida with the Caribbean. Customers ship packages to our Fort Lauderdale warehouse, then track warehouse receipts, invoices, quotes, and deliveries through the web portal or mobile app.

Visit the signup page and choose Personal or Business. Complete the short registration form, verify your mobile number with a one-time code, and sign in at login. The same credentials work on the website and in the Tropix mobile app.

Send freight to our Fort Lauderdale facility: 5620 NW 12th Ave, Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Use the name and account details shown in your Tropix customer profile so we can match incoming packages to your account.

A warehouse receipt is created when your goods arrive at our US facility. It lists the items received, photos or attachments when available, and processing status. You can view all warehouse receipts in your customer portal under Warehouse Receipt.

When a warehouse receipt is logged for your account, it appears in your portal and you may receive a push notification (if enabled in the app) or email alert. Check the Warehouse Receipt section for real-time status updates.

After your goods are received and invoiced, follow progress in your portal from warehouse processing through dispatch and delivery. Active orders show status updates such as awaiting payment, in transit, and out for delivery.

Open Invoices in your customer portal to see open and paid bills. Select an invoice to review charges and pay online. You can also queue invoices for payment from the wallet section when that option is enabled on your account.

The wallet stores account credit you can apply toward invoices. View balance and transaction history under Wallet History. Funding and usage rules may vary by account type — contact support if you need help adding funds.

Use the Quote section in your portal to submit a quote request before shipping. Our team reviews the details and responds with pricing so you can approve services before your freight moves.

Yes. Download Tropix Shipping on Google Play or the App Store. Sign in with the same email and password as the website to track warehouse receipts, invoices, and deliveries on the go.

Personal accounts are for individual customers shipping to Caribbean destinations. Business accounts include company details and require a tax compliance certificate and business license upload during registration — ideal for stores, restaurants, and commercial importers.

Go to Forgot password, enter your registered email, and follow the verification steps. If you are locked out or do not receive the email, contact [email protected].

Tropix specializes in freight forwarding from our Fort Lauderdale hub to Caribbean islands. During signup you will select your delivery island and address. If you are unsure whether we serve your location, request a quote or contact support before shipping.
